Property Management Listings (AHRN.com vs. HOMES.mil)

For those of you who haven’t heard, the former military rentals listing site www.AHRN.com is no longer being supported/backed by military housing (DoD).  They have switched over to the site www.Homes.mil which is where they use to just list barracks vacancies.  The intent of this change was to simplify the process by having both public rental listings and barracks listings on the same site for all branches of the military.  You can of course still post ads on www.AHRN.com if you so choose, but it is no longer the military listings site it once was.  Also, for you property managers out there who pay for software that syndicates listings to www.AHRN.com, you will now have to manually post any/all listings on the www.Homes.mil website.  Upon inquiring, I was told that this new site has no plans at this time to allow any syndication.  To hear it from the source feel free to ring up Ft.
