Do you mark up maintenance invoices?
We do not do mark-ups on invoices unless it’s for repairs being performed prior to the placement of the first tenant. Dorman may also hire ProMa DBA Dorman Maintenance, which is a company owned by the owners of Dorman Real Estate Management. Also, we often receive discounts for sending our vendors a lot of work – these discounts are passed along to our clients. -
How well do you screen tenants?

Should I have a question while you are managing my home, how many different people will I need to speak with?
Our office does what’s called “portfolio management” which means that each of our property managers have a select number of properties that he or she is responsible for. That one property manager, who is also a licensed Realtor®, will be your primary point of contact to provide a personalized service. -
When should I expect my monthly owner statement?
We e-mail out a link to your owner statement through your owner portal around the 10th of every month. -
When should I expect to receive my year end statement and 1099 for tax purposes?
These are mailed out by no later than the 31st of January each year. -
When will I receive my monthly rent proceeds?
If the tenant pays on time you will receive your proceeds between the 10th and 15th of every month.
